The steps.
Open the business team settings as an Owner or Admin and choose Invite.
Enter the teammate’s email address and select Admin, Accountant or Member. The invitation is sent to that address.
Ask the recipient to accept using the invited email address. Review members and pending invitations in team settings.
Before you finish.
Pro supports up to 25 people per business, including the owner and unexpired pending invitations. At capacity, remove a member or revoke a pending invitation before inviting someone new. Existing members keep access on Free; new invitations require Pro. Review each role before inviting someone.
