What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, and optionally phone and company details), and the invoice, estimate, customer and expense data you enter to run your business. We also keep basic security logs.

How we use it

Only to provide and secure the invoicing service - storing your records, sending invoices you choose to send, and processing subscription payments through our payment provider. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service (hosting, database and email delivery) and our payment provider for billing. They may only use it to provide those services to us.

Your rights

You can access and export your data at any time, and permanently delete your account and its data from Settings. To exercise any data-protection right, contact us via the support page.
