These terms govern your use of Your Invoices. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Use of the service

You agree to use Your Invoices lawfully, to keep your login details secure, and to be responsible for the content of the invoices and records you create. You are responsible for the accuracy of the VAT and tax information you enter.

Billing

The Free plan is £0/month. The Pro plan starts at £6/month (or £5/month billed annually). Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time and delete your account, which permanently removes the businesses you own and their data.

Liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
