What happens if I hit the free invoice limit?
Your dashboard shows how many of your 10 monthly invoices you’ve used. When you reach the limit you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited invoices - your existing invoices are never touched.
Are the invoices VAT compliant?
Yes. Your Invoices calculates VAT per line item at standard (20%), reduced (5%) or zero rates, and produces clean, VAT-ready PDF invoices with your business and bank details.
Can I download or print my invoices as PDFs?
Every invoice has a Download PDF option that produces a print-ready document you can save, email or post - with your logo and branding on every page.
Can I bill in other currencies?
On Pro you can invoice in GBP, EUR or USD, and apply percentage or fixed discounts per invoice. Amounts and VAT are calculated automatically.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes. Import a CSV of your customers from Settings → Tools, or add them as you go - including quick one-off customers that aren’t saved to your list.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and you can cancel whenever you like - there’s no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
Is my data safe?
Your data is yours. You can export a full backup of your invoices, customers and settings as a JSON file at any time from Settings → Tools.
